Protocol for addressing a Chamber meeting

The secretary must be contacted by the Thursday prior to the monthly general meeting to enable the item to be included on the meeting agenda. Included in the request email must be the topic, name and contacts of the person making the presentation.

Length of time allocated for the presentation will be determined by the Secretary with consideration being given to the number of agenda items listed for that meeting.

Non members attending a monthly general meeting do not have the right to participate in debate or vote. Items that may be of interest to the Chamber can be forwarded to the secretary – contacts of sender must be included.
